The charity provides advice and information through drop-in sessions and outreach services to its members and services users as and when required. The services offered in this regard are as follows:
- Advising clients on health, child care, immigration, housing and welfare benefits related issues.
- Accompanying clients to meetings with local community stakeholders like the hospitals, local authority’s housing, housing benefits and social work teams.
- Liaising with service providers on behalf of clients and referring cases to appropriate specialist providers when required.
